Wondrous fantastically beautiful Larkenlyre – Magical Majestical

Wondrous fantastically beautiful Larkenlyre – MAGICAL MAJESTICAL:  It’s been (literally) a few years since I reviewed Matthew Labarge’s work on “From The Long Quiet“, where he got very high marks from me.  His new release doesn’t have any videos/samples available yet, but you can get an intimate look at his playing style in this video short (from 9 months ago)…

…you will also find several of his albums when you SUBSCRIBE to the Matthew Labarge channel on YouTube… I did it right away.

One quote from the promo sheet that accompanied the album really stuck with me… “Reminding us of hope, and that we are the way for the universe to know itself“… I have no doubt that you will be as pleasantly impressed as I was with tunes like “Sea of Tranquility” (samples will be available later)… the integration of voices over Matthew’s beautiful keyboard and string work is just superb!

This stunning sonic adventure will be officially released on 6 October, 2023, and if you visit the Larkenlyre channel on Spotify, I’m sure you’ll find it soon… a highly impressive album that gets a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from me, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99.
