Upbeat original compositions Harlan Mark Vale – SONICATION: When it comes to creative musical genius, my friend Harlan Mark Vale puts out some of the most upbeat & original compositions you’ll ever listen to.
He just recently finalized this 2019 album (December 12th, 2019), which is part of a trilogy titled “The Three Hares Trilogy“… (so yes, you can expect two more reviews coming soon)… when I say “upbeat”, I’m not just “whistlin’ Dixie”, either… the 9:09 “Get On It” just JUMPS with energy, and will have you up & dancin’ ’round your living room from dusk till dawn!
One thing you can always “expect” with Mark’s work… “you won’t know what to expect”… that’s especially evident on his work with voices & strings on compositions like “Arcane Voices“… the strings just swirl with life… it’s truly impossible to “categorize” Mr. Vale’s work… totally unique creativity.
This album is well over an hour long (1:17:43, to be exact), and will allow you to explore new sonic vibrations full of soul and emotion… don’t just take my word for it, though… listen to the power Mark conveys through his marvelous keyboards on “Refusing To Feel“… it only clocks in at 3:05, so it’s perfect for DJ’s… I predict this tune will be getting HUGE amounts of airplay all across the globe!
The heavy energy on the 7:40 “Who Was Here” will make you an “instant fan” of Mark’s music… great percussion, flawless recording and solid performance on the track all work to make this one of his greatest albums to date.
You’ll undoubtedly feel the spirit of freedom on the appropriately titled “As The White Owl Flys“… it will make you soar right along in the sky with Harlan’s Owl friend… this is my absolute favorite of the fourteen aural adventures Kramtones has crafted for your enjoyment!
