Romantic jazz vocals Anthony Jefferson – All I Am

Romantic jazz vocals Anthony Jefferson – ALL I AM:  This latest album from Anthony features shimmering romantic jazz vocals that will have you bundled up next to your baby with the lights down low… before I move on to the new album, though, I (most STRONGLY) suggest that you check out videos from him when you SUBSCRIBE to Anthony’s YouTube channel – I did.

Now on to the new release… I can tell you right now that you’ve never heard a more soulful version of “Besame Mucho” (Kiss Me A Lot)… his vocal duet with Patricia Pereyra reaches right down into your heart, bringing all the love right into your living room!

The very upbeat arrangement and performance on “Willow Weep For Me” will thrill jazz lovers all across the globe; I predict that this tune will be getting some MAJOR airplay on jazz stations…

Beautiful strings on “Night And Day” create an orchestral environment full of the romance and love Anthony is so expert at expressing… it’s certainly among the best renditions I’ve ever heard for this wonderful song!

It’s actually one of the shorter tunes that won my vote for personal favorite of the eleven aural adventures Anthony offers up for your pleasure… “In The Presence Of” clocks in at only 3:33, but the vibrant tones of Anthony’s vocal, meshed with Mark Rapp’s trumpet, make it a song that will be getting much repeat play on my iPhone player.

I give Anthony and his players a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.98.  Get more information on Anthony’s website.      Rotcod Zzaj
