Dire musical warnings Kluane Takhini – Code Red

Dire musical warnings Kluane Takhini – CODE RED:  Our prolific multi-instrumentalist friend Kluane Takhini has once again created a song with a message we all must heed… dire musical warnings about the changes Mother Earth is suffering through as a direct result of our wanton destruction of her systems.  I last reviewed Kluane on his “When We Were Free” single, but as you’ll realize when you watch the video created by Devinda Mahasen from Sri Lanka for this powerful song, Kluane brings us more serious things to consider here…

Kluane’s powerful and penetrating strings and guitars are joined (again) by trumpeter James Hemphill… the two artists work solidly together to weave a musical tale that amplifies the urgency with which we must respond to avert total disaster in the coming years… the construct of the song is relatively simple, but their delivery is the most amazing duo work I have listened to (yet) in 2021!

Devinda does a masterful job with the video, showing contrasting “before and after” shots of rivers and woodlands that hold you spellbound… the scenes of pollution dumping into our skies with abandon truly bring the message home for us all… NOW is the time we must ACT together to stem the tide of corruption and slow the peril.

I give Kluane, James and Devinda a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99 for this amazing song!  Get more information on Kluane’s website.                      Rotcod Zzaj
