Zenxienz purely enjoyable abstract creativity Zenxienz – Cosmosis

Zenxienz purely enjoyable abstract creativity Zenxienz – COSMOSIS:  Your “senses” will never be the same after listening to this highly creative artist… I haven’t been on a “trip” (of the chemically-induced variety, I mean) for over 30 years… but, no “additives” are required as you listen to tunes like the marvelous opener, “Flutter“… zenxienz (pronounced ZEN-SCIENCE), aka Cameron Williams, was born in Hong-Kong, and (having been a long-time resident of Asia myself), I can definitely hear influences from there, intended or not… he also lived for a significant period of time in Hawaii, a totally different culture… the key thing here is that he’s somehow managed to absorb those many influences and sonically output them into a very enjoyable 58 minutes (58:22, to be exact)… electronic “swirls” that will have your mind turning in all different directions at once… I just LOVED this song – truly, one of the best electronic-oriented tunes I’ve heard (yet) in 2017.

The album doesn’t go live until November 17th, 2017, so there is only one other sample available right now… “Elysium” incorporates some marvelous percussion-driven forces to carry you through wave after wave of re-discovery… if you can’t feel this one in the very depths of your soul, you aren’t the fan you claim to be… a whole “mesh” of instruments will wash all your cares away – word of advice, though… listen with your HEADPHONES on!

My personal favorite of the ten songs offered up is also the longest piece on the album… “Chain Reaction” reaches deep down into your mind and evokes memories you didn’t even know were there… I’m strongly impressed by Zenxienz’s work, and predict that you will be hearing MUCH more from him… he gets a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) rating of 4.99 from me.  Learn more about this fascinating artist on the Zenxienz about  page.        Rotcod Zzaj
