Touching memories Kluane Takhini – I Just Want To Hold Her

Touching memories Kluane Takhini – I JUST WANT TO HOLD HER:  I recently reviewed Kluane’s excellent “To Catch Lightning In A Bottle” single, and was mightily impressed with his magical abilities on multiple instruments… on this one he plays Celtic low whistle, guitars, keyboards and beautiful string weaves, and is joined by James Hill on trumpet and Ryan Breau Libbey (Kluane’s son) doing drums… the trio evokes many touching memories for listeners of all persuasions.

The fascinating video that accompanies the tune was assembled by Devinda Mahasen from Sri Lanka and is rich with high production values that perfectly capture Kluane’s vision… here you go, watch it before I add a few more words…

The past 16 months have left many of us alone and in need of solace… the ability to “reach out and touch each other” is something many of us took for granted, and Kluane’s deeply moving performance helps to remind us that we must take full advantage of the time given us by living for the now!

Once again, Kluane, his players and videographer have created a most memorable (and poignant) visual and sonic capture of the extreme importance of using our time wisely.

I give Kluane and his compadres a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99.  Learn more about this fascinating creator on Kluane’s website.                                  Rotcod Zzaj
