Multi genre music magic Gaetano Letizia – Chartreuse

Multi genre music magic Gaetano Letizia – CHARTREUSE:  Do NOT try and put guitartist/vocalist Gaetano into any “boxes”… his music crosses genres, and transcends in a way that gives you the kind of multi-genre music magic you need to MAKE your day… to get a taste of his playing style, just watch the video of his original “Punch Drunk”  below first…

Be sure and SUBSCRIBE to Gaetano’s YouTube channel, too, if you want to see more of his high-energy performances.

Joining Gaetano’s guitar, you’ll also hear saxophonist Bob Esterle, Bill Ransom on drums, electric bassist Matthew DeRubertis and Theron Brown on B3 and piano… you’ll find yourself groovin’ right along with toes tappin’ & fingers snappin’ as you scope out the 9:13 “Back & Blue“… I predict DJ’s of all stripes will be plugging this into playlists on a regular basis!

Ya’ won’t quite know what to make of “Genrecide“… but, that’s alright, ‘coz all you really have to know is how to SHAKE yer’ HIPS as you move to the funkiness of the tune.

Superb percussion leads into “Expanding Reality“, and as the tune progresses, you’ll begin to see brilliant new colors in your spectrum… there’s nothing complicated here, but the song takes you into new territory!

Theron’s mellow B3 on “Wandering” is the core for the ballad… it hangs way in the background, and melts perfectly in with Gaetano’s masterful guitar… this is one of the tastiest jazz tunes I’ve listened to (yet) in 2021.

The aforementioned “Punch Drunk” made my instant hit list immediately… it’s the kinda’ HOT funkiness that we all love to move to… this is another one I believe DJ’s will be playing often – and you will be, too!

I give Gaetano and his excellent players a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.98.  Get more information on Gaetano’s website as it becomes available.                           Rotcod Zzaj
