Groundbreaking powerful Premieres for Guitar & Sarod Sharon Isbin – Strings for Peace

Groundbreaking powerful Premieres for Guitar & Sarod Sharon Isbin – STRINGS FOR PEACE:  I was truly impressed with Sharon’s masterful guitar work when I reviewed her “Affinity” album… when I continued on through the digital package I received, I was just stunned to discover this new album… watch a few comments from the artists before I start my review, please…

…be SURE to SUBSCRIBE to Sharon’s YouTube channel, where you’ll find MANY more videos of her work.

The album releases officially on 22 May, 2020, so samples aren’t available right now (I’ll come back and add the links in when I’m told it’s gone live)… in the meantime, I can tell you that if you’re seeking music both emotional and inspiring, you will love “Raga Mishra Bhairav” (Love Avalanche)… in addition to Sharon’s enchanting guitar work, you will also hear Amjad Ali Khan, sarod; Amaan Ali Bangash, sarod; Ayaan Ali Bangash, sarod and Amit Kavthekar, tabla… since the tune is only 3:59, I predict it will be a big hit with DJ’s (on stations of all types) around the globe!

The gentle approach on the opening sonic salvo, “Raga Behag” (By The Moon), made it my personal favorite of the four (long) ragas offered up for your spiritual enlightenment and sonic joy… if any music can inspire unity – it is this piece… you will find yourself listening to this tune over and over again.

I give all the players a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99 for this very enjoyable music.  Get more information on Sharon’s website, or at the ZoHo Records page for the album.          Rotcod Zzaj
