Exquisitely lush contemporary Nicholas Gunn – Pacific Blue

Exquisitely lush contemporary Nicholas Gunn – PACIFIC BLUE:  I’ve been reviewing beautiful music from Nicholas for some years now, most recently on his “Riding The Thermals” album from last year.  To get an intimate look at the exquisitely lush contemporary beauty he’s produced for 2020, I (most STRONGLY) recommend that you watch this wonderful video created for “Sailing” from the new album…

…you’ll find several more stunning videos from Nicholas when you SUBSCRIBE to his YouTube channel… I’ve been subscribed there for a long time now.

This doesn’t release until 24 April, 2020, so you won’t find samples yet (except on the aforementioned channel), but I can guarantee you’re going to love the deeply moving electronics, as well as the vocal by Alina Renae, on the 3:41 “Float”… DJ’s (for all types of stations, not just New Age) are going to fall in love with this one, and I predict they will be spinning it ’round the clock!

After the stimulating intro for “Chasing The Light”, subtle percussion and “hidden” voices of glory help you to transcend the “ordinary” in life and rise above it all with all the sonic clarity you could ever desire… a STUNNING tune… I predict this song will be nominated for (and WIN) awards.

Nicholas creates a most enchanting groove weave on the simply titled “Coast” for your ears (and your mind, as well)… this song will reach down deep into your heart as you envision freedom from the trials and tribulations in today’s often stressful world!

Alina’s vocal on “Fallen”, combined with the angelic choirs Nicholas integrates into the piece, will have you spinning the track over and over (and OVER) again… the recording is flawless.

It wasn’t difficult (at all) to recognize the song that I would choose as my personal favorite of the ten offered up… the opener, “Into the Vastness”, uses robust undercurrents of swirling sound to guide you through the wonderment that is life… an amazing piece of work!

I give Nicholas and Alina a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99.  Get more information on Nicholas’s website.           Rotcod Zzaj
