Beautiful spaces calm listening Milana Zilnik – Notte

Beautiful spaces calm listening Milana Zilnik – NOTTE:  “Notte” means “night” in Italian, and the beautiful spaces and calm listening experience Milana’s keyboards provide for you will bring memories to life that you thought were lost and gone forever.  I was especially impressed with tunes like the opener, “8PM: Shadows“… I (most strongly) recommend that you watch the LIVE video of Milana performing this wonderful piece…

…you can watch many other performances, solo and live, so don’t hesitate… SUBSCRIBE to Milana’s YouTube channel, as did I.  This is the first album I’ve reviewed this year that will have all the performances recorded live on YouTube, so it’s even better than most albums (in that sense).

One of the compositions I absolutely adored is “10PM: Twilight“… in fact, I’m (more than) willing to declare that this is the BEST minimalist piano piece I’ve listened to (yet) in 2019… I expect this one will receive lots of airplay… AND, if I were on the nominating committee for awards, it would GET an award… PERFECT “pacing”!

Your faith in the future will be restored (fully) as you listen to the closer, “7AM: Dawn“… as I listen to this, it’s SO easy to picture the sun beginning to peek out from Great Northwest morning fog, heralding the peacefulness of a brand new day… nothing is rushed, calmness reigns… a simply grand composition and performance.

Milana is a world-traveler, and has lived many places… this album is actually her first release to focus on “minimalism”, but (in my mind, for sure) she has more than met the challenge her husband offered up for her… songs like my personal favorite of the dozen offered up, “4AM: Dreams“… the song is one of the shorter pieces (3:37), but it’s dense and rich tones will hold you completely spellbound… you will find yourself returning to this splendid song often!

I give Milana a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99 for this most enjoyable audio experience.  Get more information about this high-talent player on Milana’s website.       Rotcod Zzaj
