Amazingly powerful new perspectives Pam Asberry – Surrender single review

Amazingly powerful new perspectives Pam Asberry – SURRENDER:  When I reviewed Pam’s “The Presence of Wonder” CD a couple years ago, my choice for personal favorite was the track named “Surrender”, and now she has created a refreshed (and refreshing) orchestrated version of that piece to give you amazingly powerful new perspectives… this is the kind of piano performance that keyboard lovers the world over will find themselves listening to over and over again.  To get a close-up and personal view of Pam’s touching talent, I (most strongly) suggest you watch one of her videos from the original album first…

…if you enjoyed that piece, be sure to SUBSCRIBE to Pam’s YouTube channel, where you’ll find many more intriguing pieces.

Pam’s fully orchestrated performance of the “Surrender” single won’t be released until 29 January, 2021, or when she tells me the sample has gone live… in the meantime, I will tell you that the piece goes all the way from “glorious” to “gracious”… I particularly enjoyed the percussion and strings against her majestically soaring keyboard on the introduction to the piece.  Pam’s piano takes the “lead” at about the 2:29 mark, with the orchestra fading back a bit; at around the 4:15 mark, the orchestration starts up again, though with the sense of awe and wonder one experiences after having realized the power and beauty of the universe.

I have no doubt this single will rocket Pam’s pleasurable piano to the top of charts across the globe.  I give her a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99 for this fantastic performance.  Get more information, and listen to her albums, on Pam’s website.                                             Rotcod Zzaj
