Unique solo acoustic bass Pascal Lovergne – Palace Sessions

Unique solo acoustic bass Pascal Lovergne – PALACE SESSIONS:  This is my first occasion to enjoy the unique solo acoustic bass work that Pascal creates for our aural adventures.  You can get a feel for his style from this (much earlier) solo piece on Pascal’s YouTube channel

It’s a most enjoyable ride, I will tell you right now… I particularly enjoyed Pascal’s playing on “Le pas de l’ours” (The Bear’s Step), and have no doubt you will as well.  In addition to being a world-class player, he teaches at ESMD in Lille and Jazlab in Arras.

You can get this wonderful release by going to Pascal’s Bandcamp page for the release.  I give this a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.98.
