Ritchie Blackmore guitar Candice Night age Blackmore’s Night – To The Moon and Back-20 Years and Beyond

Ritchie Blackmore guitar Candice Night age Blackmore’s Night – TO THE MOON AND BACK-20 YEARS AND BEYOND:  All but three of the twenty-six high-energy songs on this extended album are originals from Blackmore’s Night, in celebration of their work together since 1997… as you listen to “Spirit Of The Sea“, you will see that they have much to be joyful for… Ritchie indicates in the promo sheets that their music is “sacred, organic” and “not processed”… this glorious song will prove that to your ears, to be sure.

To get a much better idea of how dynamic their performances are, and how easily they will wrap you into their fantasy, please feel free to watch the video below…

Isn’t that wonderful?  And POWERFUL, to be sure!

There are sections on this wonderful album that will make you feel like you’re living in a previous age, when freedom wasn’t just a slogan bandied about by politicians and preachers for gain… songs like the 7:35 “Fires At Midnight” will spin you back to those ancient glory days and give you visions of what our spirits are truly intended to be – FREE (one note, though… LISTEN to this tune, as well as the others, with your headphones on, so you can absorb the dreams they’re painting for you).

The rousing percussion at the intro to “Cartouche” will call you from whatever dream you were languishing in as it brings new meaning and reveals the secrets of how to live your life to the fullest, as these players clearly do… this grand and glorious composition makes the purchase of the album well worth it… I found myself playing this one over and over again, and I’ve no doubt you’ll be doing the same.

It was their live performance of “Home Again” that easily won my vote for personal favorite of the 26 songs offered up… some of my enthusiasm about this joyous performance is because of the energy expressed by the audience, but it’s also because the players are totally engaged during the entire 9:03 length of the song.  I give this splendid album a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) rating of 4.99.  Get more information and check out their extensive discography at their Minstrel Hall Music pages on DISCOGS.          Rotcod Zzaj
