high-energy Latin jazz Angelo Velasquez – Tierra Y Alma

high-energy Latin jazz Angelo Velasquez – TIERRA Y ALMA:  drummer Angelo worked hard to bring you the most high-energy Latin jazz you’ve listened to in quite some time.  Here’s a live video that highlights their intensity and passion for the music they create…

You’ll also be able to enjoy MANY more performances when you SUBSCRIBE to Angelo’s YouTube channel (as did I).

The 6:29 “Mariposas” stands out as a tune you would expect… superb drums and excellent recording make this a perfect listening experience… a truly beautiful jazz gem that will have you totally engaged!

After my third listen through the entire album, I found that my choice for personal favorite of the ten tenacious tunes is the 10:28 “Xibalba“… deeply moving changes and some scorching guitar leads will make it your favorite as well.

This album was released on 30 November, 2023; it gets a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating from me, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.98.  You can get more information on the Spotify link below.
