Angelo Divino many facets of love Angelo Divino – Love A to Z

Angelo Divino many facets of love Angelo Divino – LOVE A TO Z:  In addition to some of the hippest jazz vocal work you’ll ever hear from Angelo, you’ve got Rich Eames doing Piano and Synth/Keyboard, Adrian Rosen on Bass, Michael Rosen doing Drums and Harmonica, Doug Webb on Saxophone, and Jonathan Dane doing Trumpet, Cornet and Flugelhorn… as you scope out laid-back songs like “About Last Night“, it will bring back any memories you may have of late-night romance, and Jonathan’s trumpet is just total mellow on this one.

You can even see him in action next to the shoreline on his promotional video of the opener, “Hey Life“, for the album…

If there’s any song that captures the joyful spirit of living life, it’s gotta’ be “For Now She Loves Me“… lyrically strong, and jam-packed with great jazz, especially on Doug’s sax for this tune.

I’m not 100% sure what sci-fi has to do with the alphabet of love, but “Flying Saucers” is a little swinger that I totally dug on… some very nice keyboard work here, too.

It was the longest tune on the album, “I Remember“, that (easily) won my vote for personal favorite of the ten… Angelo definitely proves that he has the vocal chops to handle every nuance of love’s extensive alphabet on this one.

I give Angelo & his cool jazz cats a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) rating of 4.97 for this swingin’ little CD.  Get more information at Angelo’s FB page.         Rotcod Zzaj
