Stunning ethereal guitar wonderment Roland Bühlmann – Crucial

Stunning ethereal guitar wonderment Roland Bühlmann – CRUCIAL:  If you look up the meaning for the word crucial, you’ll see that it means “of the utmost importance“… and, that’s EXACTLY what Roland has produced with this wonderful stunning and ethereal album of guitar wonderment!  Though there isn’t any content on his YouTube topic, you should still SUBSCRIBE to Roland’s channel… I wouldn’t be surprised to see something pop up there soon.

As a guit-artist, Roland really stands out from the rest of the pack on tunes like the 6:11 opener “Kaiilen“… he weaves solid percussion in, ’round and through his guitar… to the point that you’ll find chills running up & down your spine… I expect this piece will be getting major airplay on indie stations around the globe… this composition shows him as the true master he is!

In my 40+ years of reviewing all types & all genres of music, I can honestly say that I haven’t enjoyed this degree of tasty professionalism in quite some time… just listen to the title track, “Crucial“, to see why my ears were instantly attracted to his unique talent…of course, for music with this kind of rich thickness and density, I (most strongly) recommend that you listen (at least for the first sitting) with your headphones on.

Roland says his music is “a blend of progressive rock and fusion“, but it really goes beyond that… this is exactly the kind of music you would be listening to as you traverse the gateways between galaxies, riding the wormholes & such… don’t take my word for it, though… listen to my personal favorite of the eight (long) performances he offers up… “Arabon” shows the depth of his genius on this beautiful song, to be sure!

I give Roland a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99 for this totally satisfying guitar adventure.  Get more information about this fascinating artist on the Roland Bühlmann website.      Rotcod Zzaj
