Resilient joyful jazz Nicholas Krolak – Crucian Lullaby video

Resilient joyful jazz Nicholas Krolak – CRUCIAN LULLABY VIDEO:  This is my first exposure to bassist and composer Krolak, but I’ll tell you right now, he’s created some of the most resilient joyful jazz I’ve ever watched and listened to… before I say a few more words, I (most strongly) advise that you watch the video now…

I totally enjoyed this, and while this embed is from another site, you can also check out more of Nicholas’s work when you SUBSCRIBE to his YouTube channel – I did it right away.

What truly shines through the music that Nicholas and his players (Elliot Bild on trumpet, Jon Katz on alto saxophone, Tim Brey on piano, and Gusten Rudolph on drum set) perform for you is the power of the human spirit in full glory… and in these times of trial and trouble, it’s music like this that we need to overcome together!

The sounds of sirens, images of humanity forging through the days and the scintillating soul of the music being played all weave together to lift us far above the fray and meet each challenge we encounter head-on… an amazing piece of music, folks; you’ll (definitely) find yourself listening to this tune over and over (and OVER) again.

I give Nicholas and his players a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with a (perfect) “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 5.00… which means, of course, that they also get a “PICK” from me for “most powerful jazz video“.  Get more information about all of Nicholas’s projects on his BandCamp site.                                 Rotcod Zzaj
