Delightfully dynamic jazz debut Hugh Manwell – Hugh

Delightfully dynamic jazz debut Hugh Manwell – HUGH:  I’m always excited to hear new artists, and multi-instrumentalist Hugh has created a delightfully dynamic jazz debut EP… you can listen to the entire album when you SUBSCRIBE to Hugh’s YouTube channel, too…

I didn’t see any LIVE videos on Hugh’s channel yet, but hopefully, he will upload more as he progresses…

The talent for pacing Hugh displays on “Slow It Down” demonstrates real jazz skill, as he plays drums, bass, guitar, keyboards, and saxophone… I have a (strong) feeling DJ’s (of all stripes) will be plugging this into their playlists often!

Hugh kicks out some pleasant beats as the underpinning for my personal favorite track of the four offered up on “House Of Glass“… a genuinely danceable tune that also has some great bass lines.

I give Hugh a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.98.  Get more information on Hugh’s website.                  Rotcod Zzaj
