Accent penetrating jazz vocal works Accent – In This Together

Accent penetrating jazz vocal works Accent – IN THIS TOGETHER:  Some readers here know that I actually got my start in music with vocals… of course, they were nowhere near as professional and spiritually uplifting as what this fine group provides you with… just listen to the 4:38 “Just Wondering“, and you’ll find yourself hitting replay over & over (& OVER) again!  In fact, you can watch them perform this tune & a few others in their promo trailer on YouTube…

…you can (and should) SUBSCRIBE to their YouTube channel –  right NOW, folks… you can BET you’ll be hearing (and seeing) much more from this high-energy, high-talent jazz vocal group in the months (and years) to come.

It only clocks in at (just over) 20 minutes, so it’s really more like an EP… I can’t wait until they release their first full-length album… I’ll be first in line to review great songs like “Twilight“…an original composition, as are all six of the tunes on the release.  Another thing that makes them so unique is that they met “online”, & are truly international, hailing from countries all around the world.

My personal favorite on the album is the 4:07 closer, “Only One Love“… in some ways, I’m reminded of another of my favorite jazz vocalists, Bobby McFerrin, but when these cats put their voices together, JOY is the main ingredient you’ll taste. I’m going to predict that this song will win HUGE awards this year!

I give these great singers a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) rating of a (perfect) 5.00 – meaning they also get a “PICK” for “best jazz vocal album”.  Get more information on the Accent website.           Rotcod Zzaj
