Bear with this ol’ codger, folks! I’m kinda’ “learning as I go”, but that’s what’s most important, right – LEARNING! What you’ll hear & see here is my very first recording for a new series that will use (mostly) YOUR music; for this first try, though, I picked one of the CD’s I performed on back in the early 2000’s to use as an example for you.
SO, how is this going to work, you ask? Well, that will depend entirely on YOU… because I will pick one artist a month right now to run as a FEATURED artist… in order for me to select your album as FEATURED, here’s what you have to do:
- Send the link to your site (REVERBNATION, SOUNDCLOUD, YOUTUBE, etc.) that has FULL SONGS (only)…. if you submit a site that has only samples, you will automatically be taken out of the running!
- Send me an email note, or a PM, that gives me permission to include your FULL SONG streams as a FEATURE…. &, of course, I would hope that you will leave the stream site up for a good long while, so I don’t wind up with a bunch of broken stream links
- Make sure I’ve got your email or PM link, so I can let you know if you’ve been selected – do NOT, repeat do NOT, send me repeated inquiries as to whether you are going to be FEATURED… that will get you automatically banned from future consideration – EVER!
- Include some kind of promo sheet, or .pdf, that outlines what you were trying to accomplish with your album, and also lists the players on the album.
