Spirited shimmering solo piano Wayne Bethanis – Measures of Light

Spirited shimmering solo piano Wayne Bethanis – MEASURES OF LIGHT:  Few piano solo artists capture the joy of living as brilliantly as Wayne does on his spirited shimmering solo piano release… first, I (most strongly) recommend that you watch Wayne’s performance on the official trailer for the album opener, “Song For A New World“…

I predict that this song will (easily) be an AWARD WINNER… to find many more of Wayne’s performances be sure to SUBSCRIBE to his YouTube channel.  I signed up right away.

The powerful potential Wayne expresses through his keyboard on the 4:21 “The Butterfly Cluster” will make your spirit resonate with the total mystery and intrigue of our Universe… he is a master at using the upper registers in pursuit of dreams!

You will enjoy the powerful percussive elements on “The Legend of Tartaria“; melodically, it’s quite a simple piece, but Wayne weaves anvils and timpani to give you a revealing glimpse into this lost culture.

Especially in these times of pandemic and confusion, we need to know that someone is there for us… Wayne uses the full range of his keyboard on the beautiful “I’m Always Here” to help you remember those special people in your life.  A song that’s full of the power of love and hope!

If you’re looking for music that can bring vibrations of positivity into your life, I have no doubt that you will fall (instantly) in love with “These Years“… bright tones surround you as you listen to this performance (with your headphones on, of course).  DJ’s (of all stripes) will be plugging this 2:32 gem into their playlists for frequent rotation.

I listened three times through this album before making my choice for personal favorite of the nine enchanting stories Wayne tells on this beautiful album… “The Gods of the Egyptians” explores the possibilities of extraterrestrial influences in most epic fashion…  I don’t believe I’ve ever heard a piano/orchestral performance capture the mystery in such full-bodied fashion!

I give Wayne a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99.  Get more information on Wayne’s Spotify channel.               Rotcod Zzaj
