Michael Logozar solo piano beauty Michael Logozar – Starlight

Michael Logozar solo piano beauty Michael Logozar – STARLIGHT:  Readers who are totally dedicated to the beauty that solo piano can add to lives will find Michael’s album totally refreshing and accessible… for those who have not yet experienced that beauty, this is the perfect starter… tunes like the 3:29 “Dancing Lights” will lift your spirits and make you a believer in Michael’s significant talent and energy!

The release clocks in at just under an hour (58:55, to be exact), and has fourteen all-original compositions that will bring back memories you may have thought were long-gone… just listen to Michael’s expert pacing on “Hand in Hand“, and you will realize that he is a master at drawing out emotions and using them to inspire the listener to ever-greater heights.

For readers who enjoy a bit of the technical detail, all these compositions were performed on a Premium Shigeru Kawai SK-7L… truly one of the most wonderful pianos I have ever heard (and I’ve played more than a few)… the overtone ranges are superb, as evidenced by Michael’s perfect touch on the title track, “Starlight“… and, again – that PACING is pure perfection!

When it comes to one of the themes of this magazine, “contemporary”, Michael’s talent on my pick for personal favorite of the fourteen is “right in the zone“… his playing on the opening track, “Sunrise to Sunset“, carries you through a complete day, with all the sensitivity and sonic joy you’ve always wanted… I just loved this tune, and believe it should (in fact, I predict it will) be selected for an award.

I give Michael a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) rating of 4.99… get more information about this most talented at the Michael Logozar website.          Rotcod Zzaj
