The lively opener, “Wanderlust”, is a stunner in and of itself, full of the jazz passion that only high-talent composers/performers can achieve… I predict that this 5:48 gem will be getting a LOT of airplay on jazz stations around the globe!

A short but solid drum intro to “Blue Flower” segues ever-so-gently into one of the most full-bodied performances you will hear in 2022, and is further enhanced by the wonderful string quartet… you’ll definitely want to listen to this hauntingly beautiful performance with your headphones on.

If it’s high-energy pace that you enjoy in your jazz listening, you’ll find the upbeat closer, “Fruit of the Groove”, very much to your liking… this tune absolutely COOKS, people!

Ana and her players made my choice for personal favorite of the seven songs offered up easy… “Nelbap Choro” is a piano/clarinet duo that’s full of the joy of life and the living… I loved the feeling this wonderful tune gave me, and will be listening to it often.

I give Ana and all her players a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.98.  Get more information on Ana’s website.       Rotcod Zzaj
