Colvin excellent hip hop electronic Colvin – Nightmare

Colvin excellent hip hop electronic Colvin – NIGHTMARE:  Colvin’s talent is high-end, & that’s for sure… his little 21-something EP is only a kind of “teaser” for many more he plans on releasing (soon); I’m certainly looking forward to reviewing them as he releases them, too… as is so often true with artists who use “the word” to get their message across (with excellent music backing him up, by the way), the picture says it very succinctly… so, check him out in this video of the title track, “Nightmare“…

…as you can see, Colvin has a unique ability to weave his words into a performance that is totally chillin’… (and chill, for that matter)… (fine dancers on the video, too… Christopher Titus, Luther Hughes, & Marquis Polk)! In the way of critique… I’m hoping that some of his future videos will be tracks that are just a slight bit longer than the 3:08 on this tune…

After listening to all six tracks on the EP, it was easy to choose my personal favorite… “Nightlight” (samples will come later, when it goes to full release), a swirling spiritual experience of sorts, really seems to emphasize his personal note on the promo sheet… “I believe that the sky is the limit“… he’s certainly making it come across that way on this fine song… high-energy with very positive outlooks!

I give Colvin a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) rating of 4.99 for this fine Hip Hop, RnB, Pop, Electronic musical adventure!
