Amazing acoustic flight Juliet Lyons and John McLean Allan – Nova – An Acoustic Journey

Amazing acoustic flight Juliet Lyons and John McLean Allan – NOVA – AN ACOUSTIC JOURNEY:  It’s been a while since I reviewed Juliet’s “The Light Within“, where she got high marks from me.  To get a closeup view of her magical singing style, I recommend that you watch this video first…

…if you found that as enchanting as I did, you will be sure to SUBSCRIBE to her YouTube channel, where you’ll find many more enlightening sonic experiences.

Juliet’s new release features beautiful acoustic music that is both gentle and uplifting… John’s guitar on “Stones and Circles” melds perfectly with Juliet’s synth and percussion to create a listening experience you will treasure for years to come… with the tune clocking in at only 3:51, this is a natural for DJ’s of all stripes to plugin to their playlists regularly!

The gentle vocals on “Vedana” are subtly woven into the song, yet full of sensation for the listener… I loved Juliet’s piano on this song… you will realize quickly that you’re in the presence of musical masters as you enjoy this well-crafted musical journey, to be sure… in fact, I can honestly say that I haven’t heard a more inspiring acoustic performance (yet) in 2021.

Piano and guitar on the aforementioned opening performance, “Luminous Radiance“, will astound you with their simplicity… if any song should be considered for (and WIN) awards, it is this marvelous acoustic trek… the imagery they create is superb… it’s easy to imagine walks in the woods, with leaves floating down freely from fall trees!

I had no difficulty making my choice for personal favorite of the six songs offered up for our aural amazement… “Northern Lights” features an angelic synth intro that will fill you with joy as you raise your head to enjoy the wonderment of a world full of sights and sounds that surely give hope for our future together.

Juliet and John get a MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating, with an “EQ” (energy quotient) score of 4.99 for this most enjoyable sonic suite.  Get more information on Juliet’s website.                                   Rotcod Zzaj
